Fresh Path Wellness Home was founded by Jared Deme, a real estate agent and investor, and his wife, Hermiela Bizza, a registered nurse with extensive experience working with patients in addiction medicine, dedicated to serving the underserved through her expertise and leadership. United by a shared passion for helping individuals overcome addiction and homelessness, they transformed three of their investment properties into sober living homes to address the growing need for recovery-focused housing.
